is launching their first ever pop up fitness studio! It is a smaller yet still perfectly-formed version of Frame Shoreditch and will be making a month-long appearance in Netil House, London Fields from 30 January - 29 February. It's not around for long so make sure to visit soon!
What we like about Frame is that they don't see getting fit as a something you're forced to do, which is exactly how 99% of men/women see it right? But Frame founders, Pip Black and Joan Murphy saw the opportunity to show the Hoxtonites that you can make dance, fitness and holistic wellbeing more of a social activity than a hard slog at the gym.
Just like Frame Shoredtich, the Frame London Fields
offers a diverse range of Frame Signature, Yoga, Dance and Fitness classes and boy do they have a shed load of classes to choose from. Just one glance at their colour coded timetable
(the white ones are at Netil House) and you know Frame have all fitness bases covered. If like us and your joints/fitness/muscles/respiratory system/all of the above are a little rusty around the edges, you're not forced to do, say 4 classes a week, all Frame classes are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis, none of this gym-membership malarky. Allowing you to schedule your sessions at your pace not the fitness trainer's.
There will be classes early morning for those who want to come before they head into the big city, mid-morning classes for those who have just dropped the little ones into school, lunchtime classes ideal for building residents and those 'working from home', and lots of evening classes for those who don't fit into any of the above!Current offers on at Frame London Fields:
